Where are you based?

How does shipping work?

Pet Love Mart partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via USPS and other major postal services.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Shipping to US and UK and most of the other European countries will take 1-3 weeks.

Shipping to other countries will take 3-6 weeks.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way (please contact us for tracking)  🙂

Most orders are shipped within 1-7 days after your order placed. Most of the orders have a tracking number. You’ll get a tracking number when it’s provided by the related carrier. Please contact us if you do not get your tracking number within 1 week of order time.

What is the return and exchange policy?

You could return and exchange as long as you bear the international shipping if you just don’t like it 🙂

We are happy to exchange for you, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

We will ship a new item FOR FREE if the item is not in good condition.

Money shall be partially refunded if the customer accepts items with tiny issues.

I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we’ll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Do we accept orders placed outside the US?

We surely do! We ship Worldwide.

What if you don’t get your parcel?

If you do not get your parcel within 60 days  (peak season like Halloween and Christmas might have more delay), we will refund you fully. 100% guaranteed.
